excuses

i havent written/drawn anything in a while.. but i have excuses.
i've been busy for the last month:

- Got promoted
- moved
- took a month long class
- got B's on the finals
- invented a time machine
- got A's on the finals
- killed zombies
- won performer of the quarter at my job
- got internet in my new room this week
- wrote on my blag

hmm.. i guess i wasnt that busy.. kinda tho.. kinda busy.

Abandoned Mall

I walked around this old mall the other day.
I wanna go inside really bad but it's completely boarded up.. shame.

It was built in 78' but now it's completely abandoned.
Even though it's near a main highway it still felt very quiet and kind of eerie. there's probably zombies inside.

The Best Mistake i Ever Made..

i was wandering through wal-mart the other night (cuz that's what all the cool nocturnal people do at 3:00am on wednesday) and i found the 4th season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [of the original cartoon series! cowabunga!]

so i picked it up, paid, and headed for the door. Feelin pretty good, i stopped at the dinosaur machine in the arcade area on my way out as usual.. (for some reason i have to play this game every time im at wal-mart.. well, not just for some reason.. it's only 50 cents and you could possibly maybe Win a small plastic Dinosaur!!)

but.. this time i didnt have any change at all.. not even a dollar. dang. oh wait! i did have a five in my pocket! sweeet. i took it to a drink machine to get a soda+change but it spat it back out.. so i tried another and then another. all the way down the row and every machine rejected my perfectly fine $5 bill.

oh well, i figured, that's ok i dont even want soda. so i decided i'd put my money in the dino machine and play one round and then hit the change button to make it spew back all my quarters.. yeah..

i played a round and lost so i hit the button for change but nothing happened. gasp.

the next round instantly started.

i had to play this dinosaur machine TEN times!

the workers must of thought i was some sort of dinosaur freak! after i got over the fact that the five dollars was gone i focused on the game and eyed the spinning dinosaurs below. i maneuvered the T-Rex crane like a champ and managed to snatch up five beasties before my credit was up.

whew. pretty good, huh?

i cant wait till the dude opens up the machine in 7 months to collect the 3 bucks worth of quarters and he sees a $5 bill in there too. he'll think "Boy, some wacko out there really likes dinosaurs."

and he'll be right.

i won 4 awesome dinosaurs and an Arizona painted bush turtle..

ok i made that last one up. it is some sort of tortoise though. ;]

People from all over the country have flocked to augusta to see the Masters golf tournament and.. oh wait, i dont care.
the traffic in town is pretty awful though. :[
